The
KAS
MailMaster 465 HS handles
#10 to 10"x13" envelopes, inserting at speeds of up to 6000
completed envelopes per hour. It combines a unique design with proven
technology, backed by over forty years experience in mailing. 
Insert stations can support a wide variety of material including single
sheets, card, reply envelopes, pre-folded items and booklets.
There is a choice of end-feeders for the prime document to feed flat for
9"x12" and fold for smaller envelopes.
Changeover between jobs takes just a few minutes even when switching
between #10 and 9"x12" envelopes.
OMR, OCR and barcode reading are all available to provide the facility for
batching the prime document with any number of additional inserts.

The
KAS
MailMaster 565 HS
handles utility style up to 6½" x 9½" envelopes. Inserting at
speeds up to 7,200 envelopes per hour.
It is equally suitable for long or
short run work as it combines durability with quick change-over and easy
to use features such as Touch Screen Control. The equipment is available
in a number of configurations.
Insert stations can handle a wide
variety of materials including single sheets, cards, reply envelopes,
pre-folded items and booklets.
Each system has one book feeder as
standard, capable of handling books up to 3/16'' thick. Each insert
station has miss, double and jam detectors.
There are further sensors throughout
the machine to check the path of the documents through the system.
Any error automatically stops the machine and the location is displayed on
the screen.
